I am thrilled to introduce my amazing new team members, Grace and April. They each bring extensive knowledge and experience, giving me the opportunity to better serve my clients. Grace joins as my full-time assistant, and April joins as a licensed real estate agent. Welcome, ladies!

Grace Manalo brings six years of experience in admin assistance and general virtual assistance within the property management and real estate industry. As a seasoned administrative assistant, she recognizes and values the trust placed in her by her clients. She believes in providing her utmost support with accuracy and efficiency in every task delegated to her. Her commitment to high standards of performance and communication is the key to succeeding in this ever-changing industry.

Outside of work, she's a movie buff and a foodie who enjoys spending time with her 14-year-old daughter. Her weekends are also spent with her four adorable dogs or relaxing alone with a great book.

My name is April Bachman, and I have been in real estate for two years as an office assistant at Windermere. I recently joined Linda's team as a licensed real estate agent. I have a bachelor's degree in Hospitality Business Management as well as my master's degree.

I thoroughly enjoy getting to know all kinds of people and families, helping them through the process of finding their dream home. In my spare time, I love staying home with my family and pets. I am recently engaged, so I am also very busy planning our wedding. In the winter, one of my favorite places to be is on the mountain. I am excited to get to know you and help you achieve your real estate goals!
